| The recruitment process comprises three stages – Computer Based Test (CBT), Document Verification (DV), and Medical Examination (ME). Shortlisting for DV is done RRB-wise at 1:1 ratio of vacancies based on CBT merit (normalization applied for multiple shifts). Minimum qualifying percentage in CBT: UR–40%, EWS–40%, OBC(NCL)–30%, SC–30%, ST–25% (relaxable by 2 marks for PwBD candidates in case of shortage). Final empanelment is based on merit, post preference, medical fitness, and vacancy availability. | |
How to Apply: Candidates must first create an account on the official RRB website before applying. Application must be submitted ONLINE ONLY through the link provided on official RRB websites. A separate application and separate examination fee is required for each Pay Level. Candidates can apply to only one RRB per Pay Level. Online applications open from 30.06.2026, with closing date 29.07.2026 (23:59 hrs). Fee payment last date: 31.07.2026 (23:59 hrs). Modification window: 01.08.2026 to 10.08.2026 (₹250/- modification fee per occasion). Scribe registration window: 11.08.2026 to 15.08.2026.
