| Process | Details |

| The recruitment process consists of two tiers. In the First Tier CBT (100 marks), unreserved candidates must score 50 or above and reserved category candidates (including EWS and PwD) must score 45 or above to qualify for the Second Tier. The Second Tier CBT (100 marks) determines the final selection. There is negative marking of 1/4th mark for each wrong answer in both tiers. If examinations are held in multiple batches, marks will be normalized as per the normalization methodology. Final ranking is based on Second Tier marks. A 5% grace on secured marks is given to Widow Female Candidates in the Second Tier only. In case of equal marks, candidates are ranked by date of birth (elder given priority) and then alphabetically by first name. | |
How to Apply: Candidates are required to submit Online Application only through www.mgvcl.com. Candidates shall generate an application number by registering online and filling the online application form. Candidates must indicate the order of preference/choice for the companies (MGVCL, DGVCL, UGVCL, PGVCL and GETCO) in ascending order at the time of applying. The preference once exercised shall be final. Fee must be paid online through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. Bank charges shall be borne by the candidate. Application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
