| Selection comprises a Written Test (Objective Type – MCQs) of 100 Marks (2 hours), covering subjects such as the Constitution of India, CPC, IPC/BNS, CrPC/BNSS, Evidence Act/BSA, Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, Transfer of Property Act, Limitation Act, General Knowledge, English Language, Computer Skills, and General I.Q. Candidates securing a minimum of 50% marks are called for a Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview) of 50 Marks, in which a minimum of 50% marks is required for inclusion in the Select List. The final Select List is prepared based on the aggregate marks of the Written Test and Viva-voce Test, according to merit. Reservation policy does not apply since the appointment is purely on a contractual basis. | |
